I agree! Education is not only about knowing facts and learning skills, it is how we actually implement it in our behaviors, actions, outcomes, dealing with people, children and so on. Especially for us teachers, it isn't just to teach a certain skill but to be able to affect students in the best way possible to get the best out of them.
